Residential Investment and Development
We like a challenge and seek opportunities on sites or vacant buildings that lack planning permission, particularly in conservation areas or listed buildings where obtaining permission can be challenging.
We acquire ground rent investments.
We develop mixed use projects situated in areas with good amenities and transport links. We actively seek short leasehold flats and freehold houses, specifically targeting those that offer opportunities for refurbishment, leasehold extension or enfranchisement.
